Adaptalift Store has branch locations across Australia. After placing your order online, you can pick up items from your closest branch. We also offer fast delivery to your business or worksite, including multiple sites if needed. You can add a note to your order with instructions on finding the correct gate or contact person for taking delivery.
If you’ve ordered a heavy item such as pallet jack, these require loading and unloading with a forklift. When picking up heavy items from our warehouse, you’ll need a ute or small truck. Cars and vans are not suitable. When choosing delivery of heavy items, having a forklift on site is helpful, but if you don’t have a forklift we can unload heavy items for an additional fee. Refer to each product page for details and conditions around heavy items.

We have two branches in Queensland. Our state office is located in Brisbane at 11 Lombank Street, Acacia Ridge. Much further north, we have a second location in Townsville at 39 Duckworth Street, Garbutt.
